We know that schools involved in PFI contracts can sometimes feel isolated and powerless.

• Review of whether the school is receiving the level of service it should from the contractor and the Local Authority and identification of areas for contract improvement and de-risking
• Analysis of opportunities to reduce costs
• How to de-risk the ‘PFI issue’ in anticipation of academisation and how to present this to MATs
